Requirements
Making a specified provision of law applicable to charter counties and
Baltimore City; prohibiting a local governing body from issuing a
permit, variance, special exception, or other certification or
approval required for the location, erection, or operation of a
wireless telecommunications tower within 25 miles of the Chesapeake
Bay unless the tower is constructed to provide a safe nesting place
for birds or to prevent birds from nesting without causing the birds
harm; defining a term; etc.
