Family Law - Child Support Enforcement Privatization Program and Performance Incentive Model Office

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Human Resources to enter into contracts with private companies to privatize child support enforcement services in Baltimore City; specifying the authority of the Secretary to take specified actions; specifying the requirements of a request for proposal to transfer child support enforcement services; requiring the Secretary to establish performance incentive model offices; requiring the Secretary to evaluate the Child Support Enforcement Privatization Program and the model offices and to report by specified dates; etc.
