Recipients of Grants, Loans, or Financial Assistance - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring entities that receive financial assistance of $100,000 or more from specified State sources for capital projects to submit a report within 60 days after the end of each fiscal year to both the State source of the financial assistance and to the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs; requiring reports regarding grants funded by specified proceeds also to be submitted to the Board of Public Works; and requiring the reports under the Act to contain specified information in a specified form.
