Synopsis:

Authorizing the Inspector General to provide specified training and assistance to providers; authorizing the Inspector General to require a surety bond; prohibiting a provider from engaging in specified actions; providing for specified administrative sanctions and penalties for engaging in the prohibited actions; etc.
