Exempting from a reemployment earnings offset of a retirement
allowance, retirees of the State Police Retirement System who are
reemployed as police employees at a rank of trooper first class;
requiring retirees of the State Police Retirement System who are
reemployed to terminate participation in the Deferred Retirement
Option Program and receive the lump sum payment from the Deferred
Retirement Option Program prior to being reemployed by the Department
of State Police; etc.
