Consumer Protection - Car Title and Refund Anticipation Loans - Restrictions and Disclosure

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the principal balance of a car title loan from exceeding a specified amount; prohibiting the monthly payment for a car title loan from exceeding a specified percentage of the borrower's monthly gross income; requiring a lender under a refund anticipation loan to post a specified fee schedule at the lender's place of business, include a specified fee schedule on a certain loan application, and state in writing specified information; etc.
