Entitled:
Child Abuse and Neglect - Disclosure of Information

Synopsis:

Requiring a director of a local department of social services or the Secretary of Human Resources to disclose specified information concerning child abuse and neglect; modifying the circumstances under which information concerning child abuse and neglect is required to be disclosed; and repealing a requirement that the Secretary consult with a law enforcement agency before disclosing specified information concerning child abuse and neglect.
