Maryland Health Care Commission - Certificate of Need Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering certificate of need requirements related to the closure or partial closure of a health care facility; authorizing the Maryland Health Care Commission to require that a health care facility hold a public informational hearing in the county where the health care facility is located; and specifying that the hearing must be held at least 15 days before the closing or partial closing of the health care facility.
