Motor Fuel Taxes - Special Fuel User - Biodiesel Fuel

Synopsis:

Requiring a person to be licensed by the Comptroller before the person may buy, produce, acquire, receive, or store biodiesel fuel on which the motor fuel tax has not been paid and use it in specified motor vehicles; defining "biodiesel fuel" and altering definitions under the motor fuel tax law; etc.
