Altering from December 1, 2008, to July 1, 2009, the date by which the
Department of Natural Resources is required to apply to the Department
of the Environment and the United States Army Corps of Engineers for
permits to dredge buried oyster shells under specified circumstances;
making a technical correction; and making the Act an emergency
measure.
