State Government - Prohibition on Use of State Funds - Ethanol Derived from Corn

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the use of State funds to encourage specified uses and production of ethanol derived from corn; prohibiting the Renewable Fuels Incentive Board from offering a production credit for ethanol derived from corn; and altering definitions to remove specified financial incentives for the use of ethanol derived from corn.
