Requirements
Requiring the State Department of Education to consult with and accept
comments from county superintendents and local governing bodies
regarding the Maryland's Preschool for All Business Plan before
finalizing the Business Plan; requiring the Department to submit to
the Governor and the General Assembly a copy of a final report that
includes specified information on or before December 1, 2009;
prohibiting the Department from implementing the Plan unless the
Department identifies a specified funding source; etc.
