Increasing from 45 days to 90 days the period of time, for purposes of
a specified condition of custody or visitation orders, during which a
notice of an intent to relocate must be provided; requiring a court to
set, on an expedited basis, a hearing on a petition regarding a
proposed relocation that is filed within 20 days of the written
relocation notice; etc.
