Increasing the term of a pharmacy permit from 1 year to 2 years;
altering to October 1 of the year the permit expires the date by which
the State Board of Pharmacy is required to send specified renewal
notices to pharmacy permit holders; and repealing a requirement that
the State Board send a renewal application form to each pharmacy
permit holder.
