Election Law - Voting Systems - Requirements

Synopsis:

Specifying that a voting system selected and certified by the State Board of Elections shall meet specified federal performance and test standards; specifying an alternative entity that may serve as the certification agent for testing laboratories for voting systems used in the State; altering and clarifying provisions relating to accessibility standards governing voting systems selected, certified, and implemented in the State; and making the Act an emergency measure.
