Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Seating Capacity for Restaurants

Synopsis:

Increasing the minimum seating capacity requirement to over 150 for a restaurant that is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages and that has a minimum $700,000 capital investment in specified areas in Baltimore City.
