Juvenile Services - Programming - Private Facilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Juvenile Services to serve children in the juvenile services system with programming that ensures that specified facilities in this State serve no more than 48 children at one time; and stating that that specified provisions do not apply to a residential treatment center or the Regional Institutes for Children and Adolescents.
