Synopsis:

Authorizing a tenant to remain in a foreclosed property for 30 days after the foreclosure sale; requiring that a notice of intent to foreclose on residential property be sent to the occupants of the property; requiring a landlord to provide a tenant with notice of any foreclosure action against the property; providing for the form of specified notices; etc.
