Establishing the Green Jobs Workforce Training Program; requiring the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to administer the Program; requiring the Department to consult regularly with the Maryland Energy Administration, the Maryland Clean Energy Center, and the Department of Business and Economic Development concerning the activities of the Program; stating the purpose of the Program; etc.
