Protection of Children from Online Predators Act of 2009

Synopsis:

Requiring an Internet access provider to make a parental Internet control product or service available to a subscriber under specified circumstances; granting an Internet access provider of an interactive computer service immunity from civil liability for taking specified actions or for failing to take specified actions; authorizing a judge imposing a sentence on a person who has been convicted of a sexual offense against a minor to include a specified special sentence; etc.
