Election Law - Delay in Replacement of Voting System

Synopsis:

Altering the date for replacing the State's direct-recording electronic (DRE) touchscreen voting system with a voter-verified paper record voting system; requiring the State to continue using the touchscreen voting system for elections until payments for the touchscreen voting system are concluded or until another date, as specified; altering provisions relating to the certification of voting systems; providing for the application of specified provisions of the Act; repealing uncodified provisions of prior Acts, as specified; etc.
