Public Service Companies - Net Energy Metering
Altering the definition of "eligible customer-generator" to mean a
customer that owns and operates, leases and operates, or contracts
with a third party that owns and operates a specified biomass, solar,
or wind generating facility primarily to offset all or part of the
customer's own electricity requirements.
