Environment - Impervious Surface - Statewide Database

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment, in consultation with the Department of Planning, to develop and maintain a database of impervious surface in the State; requiring a county to report the amount of impervious surface in the county to the Department of the Environment in a specified manner; and authorizing the Department of the Environment to adopt regulations.
