Automobile Liability and Homeowner's Insurance - Rating, Retiering, and
Discounts
Establishing principles for making homeowner's insurance rates;
prohibiting an insurer from classifying or maintaining an insured for
more than 3 years in a classification that entails a higher premium
based on a specific claim; providing that removal or reduction of a
discount or refusal to apply a discount under homeowner's insurance is
not a violation of the Act under specified circumstances; making the
Act effective January 1, 2010; etc.
