Repealing specified provisions of law relating to the management of
institutional funds; establishing the Maryland Uniform Prudent
Management of Institutional Funds Act; establishing standards of
conduct in managing and investing specified institutional funds;
authorizing a specified institution to appropriate for expenditure or
accumulate so much of a specified endowment fund as the institution
determines is prudent for specified purposes; establishing a
presumption of imprudence; requiring a specified notice; etc.
