Synopsis:

Decreasing from 60 percent to 40 percent the amount disbursed from a specified portion of the Bay Restoration Fund for purposes relating to onsite sewage disposal systems; increasing from 40 percent to 60 percent the amount disbursed from a specified portion of the Bay Restoration Fund to fund cover crop activities; etc.
