State Finance - Purchasing and Use of Motor Vehicles

Synopsis:

Requiring that the standards for the purchase of motor vehicles for State use be based on a specified determination by the Secretary of Budget and Management; prohibiting the purchase of motor vehicles for State use under specified circumstances; requiring specified regulations to prohibit the use of State-owned vehicles for specified purposes; and requiring specified regulations to require the sale of State-owned vehicles under specified circumstances.
