Task Force to Study Strategies to Reduce Solid Waste

Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force to Study Strategies to Reduce Solid Waste; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study specified issues relevant to the management of solid waste processes in the State and strategies for reducing, reusing, and recycling waste material; requiring the Task Force to report its final findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2010; providing for the staff of the Task Force; terminating the Act at the end of May 31, 2011; etc.
