Disability History and Awareness Month - Educational Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to proclaim the month of October to be Disability History and Awareness Month; encouraging a county board of education to provide disability-related instruction in a specified manner; and encouraging the president of a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland to conduct and promote disability-related activities.
