Altering the definition of disability applicable to provisions
prohibiting discrimination in employment; prohibiting an employer from
failing or refusing to make reasonable accommodations for known
disabilities of otherwise qualified employees; providing that an
employer is not required to reasonably accommodate an employee's
disability if the accommodation would cause undue hardship on the
employer's business; and prohibiting retaliation against specified
individuals.
