Motor Fuel Tax - Indexing

Synopsis:

Providing for increases in the motor fuel tax rates for motor fuels other than aviation gasoline or turbine fuel over specified periods of time based on specified increases in the construction cost index; requiring the Comptroller to make determinations and announcements; and providing for the payment of specified taxes on tax-paid motor fuel held as of specified dates.
