Prohibiting a public service company from terminating electric or gas
service to a residential customer in a designated weather station area
because of nonpayment on a day for which the forecasted high
temperature in the area is at or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit;
prohibiting a public service company from terminating electric service
to a residential customer in a designated weather station area because
of nonpayment on a day for which the forecasted heat index in the area
is at or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit; etc.
