Principal Departments and Executive Branch Units - Dissemination of Information
on Websites
Requiring that secretaries of principal departments and heads of each
other unit in the Executive Branch of the State government that is not
in a principal department include organizational charts and specified
descriptions on their websites instead of the former requirement that
secretaries of principal departments and heads of specified units
submit to the General Assembly an organizational chart and description
by a specified day each year; etc.
