Requiring a local board of elections that designates a privately owned
or leased building as a polling place to require that polling places
post specified information and adhere to specified rules and
regulations; and prohibiting the owner or operator of a privately
owned building used as a polling place from imposing requirements and
regulations on the polling place or the election judge that have not
been adopted by the State or local board.
