State Government - Recycling Program - Aluminum, Glass, Paper, and Plastic
Requiring the Office of Recycling in the Department of the Environment
to include in the State recycling program by July 1, 2010, a system to
recover aluminum, glass, paper, and plastic generated for disposal by
State government; requiring the system to include placement of
collection bins in State-owned or State-operated office buildings in
locations in the State where it is determined to be practical and
economically feasible; and requiring State agencies and units of State
government to implement the plan by January 1, 2012.
