Consumer Testing Under Controlled Settings
Providing that cigarettes sold or distributed for the purpose of
consumer testing in a controlled setting and under specified
circumstances are not subject to certification requirements as to fire
safety performance standards; providing that cigarette manufacturers
may submit to the Comptroller, as confidential under seal, specified
information about cigarettes that are required to be certified as
having met certain fire safety performance standards; etc.
