Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard - Renewable Energy Credits - Solar Hot
Water Systems
Providing that a person who owns and operates a specified solar hot
water system shall receive a specified renewable energy credit under
specified circumstances; authorizing a specified renewable energy
credit to be transferred and applied to a specified renewable
portfolio standard under specified circumstances; authorizing an
electricity supplier to use specified renewable energy credits to meet
a specified renewable energy portfolio standard under specified
circumstances; etc.
