Requiring employees of the Town of Sykesville who are employed by the
Town of Sykesville on the date the Town of Sykesville joins the
Employees' Pension System to participate in the Employees' Pension
System as of that date; providing for an employee of the Town of
Sykesville to receive service credit in the Employees' Pension System
equal to 75% of the employee's service with the Town of Sykesville;
etc.
