Maryland Transportation Authority - Fixing or Revising Tolls and Fees - Notice and Public Comment

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to provide a 60-day public comment period before voting to implement a proposal to fix or revise a toll, fee, or other charge; requiring that the public comment period commence on the date on which the Authority publishes specified information in the Maryland Register; requiring the Authority to hold public hearings during the public comment period at or near specified affected locations; requiring the Authority to accept oral and written testimony from the public at each hearing; etc.
