Entitled:
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Reporting by Financial Institutions on Enrolled Employees

Synopsis:

Requiring specified financial institutions in the State to report to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on or before October 1 of each year on the number of employees employed by the employer in the State and the number of employees enrolled in the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring the Department to report the information to the General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year; requiring the Department to make the information available to the public; etc.
