Synopsis:

Establishing that in Prince George's County an alcoholic beverages license expires 180 days after the licensee has closed the business or ceased active alcoholic beverages business operations; providing specified exceptions to the expiration provisions; specifying conditions under which a written request for a license extension because of undue hardship may be filed with the Board of License Commissioners; etc.
