Establishing a special 3-day Class C beer, wine and liquor license in
Prince George's County; specifying that the special license may be
issued to a nonprofit organization for use at the National Harbor;
specifying that the holder of the special license may sell beer, wine,
or liquor for consumption on or off the premises; setting a license
fee of $150 per day; restricting the number of days that a special
license may be issued; etc.
