Synopsis:

Prohibiting in Prince George's County the holders of specified alcoholic beverages licenses from selling for consumption off the premises bottles of beer or wine equal to or less than 40 ounces in size after 9 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
