Juvenile Causes - Obtaining Testimony of a Material Witness - Procedures

Synopsis:

Establishing specified procedures for obtaining the testimony of a specified adult or juvenile material witness in a juvenile court proceeding under specified circumstances; requiring a court to promptly conduct a hearing and make specified determinations if a law enforcement officer takes an adult or a juvenile into custody as a material witness without a court order for body attachment or if a court receives an application for the body attachment of a witness; etc.
