Establishing a Task Force on Alzheimer's Disease; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to survey specified research, practices, and approaches regarding Alzheimer's disease; requiring the Task Force to make specified recommendations; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on or before September 30, 2011; terminating the Act after September 30, 2011; etc.
