Entitled:
Employees' Pension System - Purchase of Contractual Service Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing members of the Employees' Pension System who were employed by the State as contractual employees to purchase up to 10 years of service credit within 5 years of vesting in the Employees' Pension System; requiring members of the Employees' Pension System who purchase service credit for contractual employment to file specified documents with the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System; etc.
