Workers' Compensation - Regulatory Power of Commission - Forensic Services

Synopsis:

Expanding the authority of the Workers' Compensation Commission to regulate specified fees and services to include fees for specified forensic medical services paid by either party; and providing that forensic medical services which are provided during an appeal of a decision of the Commission are exempt from regulation.
