Kids First Coverage Incentive Act
 
Prohibiting a taxpayer from deducting an exemption for a dependent
child unless the dependent child had health care coverage; providing
for specified exceptions; repealing the prohibition on penalizing a
taxpayer for not providing specified information or providing
information that is inaccurate; making permanent a requirement that
the Comptroller send a taxpayer applications and enrollment
instructions for the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the
Maryland Children's Health Program; etc.
