Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Aunt Hattie's Place
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Aunt
Hattie's Place, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping, including site
development and improvements and demolition, of Aunt Hattie's Place,
located in Sandy Spring; providing for disbursement of the loan
proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend
a matching fund; etc.
