Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Transfer of Ownership of Vehicle

Synopsis:

Requiring specified vehicles that have been in operation for at least 5 years from the vehicles' model year or first registration date, whichever is later, to be inspected and tested in accordance with specified provisions of law governing the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program within 10 business days after a transfer of ownership; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to adopt specified regulations; etc.
